Shifting from a physical employee to a remote staff doesn’t need to be complicated. This is why we have established this 7-Step process to guide you in every step of your transition to remote staff.

Step 1: Client fills out the Client Inquiry Form

Step 2: We have a short call with the client to confirm requirements

Step 3: We source the staff (initial interview, background checks, HIPAA agreements, verify technical requirements, etc)

Step 4: We arrange video interview(s) with the client and the candidates.

Step 5: Upon client approval, they will sign the Client Agreement.

Step 6: Remote staff is deployed. Client is expected to train the staff with regards to their operations and protocols

Step 7: Post deployment, we manage and maintain constant contact with the client and the remote staff to maintain quality control
